This blog comes out of my own life experiences. I am in my 50s and my first name starts with a "J" which leads to the title of my blog. All of my posts reflect my own personal thoughts that have changed and evolved over my time on earth, 50+ years. These thoughts derive from my experience as a student, sister, partner, daughter, friend educator, citizen, BIPOC female, activist, reader and a participant in life.
As a visitor here, you come from a unique background and are a unique part of our community. Like me, you have laid your own permanent footprints on this earth through your own unique experiences . Like me ,you all have your own life stories that have influenced your own thinking, ideas, beliefs and opinions.
